• Fence cleaning

2Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
• Customers should provide accurate contact information and ensure that the property is accessible at the scheduled time.
• Cancellation and rescheduling requirements, including any applicable fees, will be communicated during booking or in the applicable service agreement.
• If we cannot access the property or safely perform the agreed work, we may need to reschedule or decline the service.
• Weather conditions, equipment issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may require an appointment to be rescheduled.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of scheduling changes and arrange an alternative appointment.

3Pricing and Payments

• Estimates and pricing will be provided before work begins.
• Final pricing may change if the scope of work or property conditions differ materially from the information originally provided.
• Any material changes to the agreed scope or price will be communicated for approval before additional work is performed.
• Payment terms, due dates, and accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking or in the applicable estimate or service agreement.
• Service plan pricing, recurring appointments, and any applicable discounts will be subject to the terms communicated when the plan is purchased.
• Customers are responsible for paying agreed charges for services performed.

4Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and requested services.
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the areas scheduled for cleaning.
• Remove obstacles and secure pets where necessary.
• Notify us in advance of fragile surfaces, damaged materials, loose fixtures, leaks, or other conditions that may affect the service.
• Ensure windows and doors are properly closed before exterior cleaning begins.
• Inform us of any known issues involving solar panels, screens, gutters, fences, or other surfaces scheduled for cleaning.
• Obtain any permissions or approvals required for us to perform the work.

We reserve the right to postpone, modify, or decline work when access restrictions or property conditions create unreasonable safety risks or increase the likelihood of damage.

5Property Conditions and Liability

Set Exteriors takes reasonable care when performing cleaning services. However, cleaning results and potential risks may depend on the condition, age, material, and installation of the surfaces being cleaned.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, defects, or ordinary wear and tear that existed before the service.
• We are not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed defects, improperly installed materials, deteriorated surfaces, or unsafe property conditions outside our reasonable control.
• Customers must disclose known conditions that could affect the safety or outcome of the service.
• Cleaning results may vary depending on staining, buildup, surface condition, environmental exposure, and previous maintenance. We cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain or discoloration.
• We will use reasonable care and appropriate cleaning methods for the agreed service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

6Service Concerns and Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please contact Set Exteriors promptly and describe the issue, preferably with photographs of the affected area where appropriate.

We will review your concern and make reasonable efforts to determine whether corrective work is appropriate.

Any corrective work will be evaluated based on the agreed scope of service, the condition of the property, and the nature of the complaint. This section does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

7Service Plans and Recurring Appointments

Set Exteriors may offer service plans or recurring cleaning arrangements to help customers maintain their properties.

• The services included, frequency of visits, pricing, and applicable conditions will be communicated when the plan is offered or purchased.
• Customers should ensure that the property remains accessible for scheduled appointments.
• Changes, cancellations, renewals, and any associated fees will be governed by the terms communicated for the applicable plan.
• We may need to adjust scheduled services due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any specific service plan agreement will apply in addition to these Terms where applicable. If there is a conflict, the specific agreement will govern the relevant plan terms to the extent permitted by law.

8Refusal or Termination of Service

Set Exteriors reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

• Unsafe working conditions or hazardous access.
• Property conditions that make the requested cleaning unsuitable.
• Materially inaccurate information about the property or requested work.
• Abusive behavior or unreasonable interference with our staff.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control that prevent safe or appropriate service.

If a service is discontinued after work has begun, any applicable charges will be handled in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.

Submitting a quote request through our website does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking or guarantee a particular price, service, or appointment date.
